This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftSoftware ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use IncentiveSwift.com and the IncentiveSwift platform (the "Service"). It applies to the account you create with us and to the campaign data the Service processes on your behalf.
Account Information: Name, email address, password, and billing details (processed securely via third-party payment processors such as Stripe; we do not store full credit card details).
Usage & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction metrics to optimize application performance.
Campaign & Participant Data: Information collected from your end-users through the campaigns, sign-up pages, and incentive or loyalty programs you run on IncentiveSwift — for example entries, referrals, redemptions, and contact details you ask them to provide. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your instructions to provide the Service.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies for analytics, security, and to improve your experience.
We use collected data to: provide, maintain, and improve the IncentiveSwift platform; process payments and manage accounts; send transaction updates and product support messages; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (payment processors, hosting, email and messaging delivery), when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Account information and campaign data are retained while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, or where data has been aggregated so it no longer identifies an individual. You may request earlier deletion as set out below.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data — and, where you are an end-user of a campaign run by one of our customers, we will refer your request to that customer as the controller — by contacting us at support@swiftsoftware.net.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
